I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it was quite the experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center with everything just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my time here. I was highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided at this hotel.

I have checked in at 8 am, but I was charged a full day rate. My understanding was that I should be charged only half a day rate.... so double check when checking in

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport from the airport and is conveniently located close to major sites and a stop for the trans Siberian railway. the hotel boasts a restaurant with a superb breakfast spread according to many guests, and a bar with cold beers on tap. Rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly and helpful staff.

Some guests complain about poor air conditioning that only blows warm air.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's modern and clean rooms. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes to choose from, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, and the sink didn't have a plug, which made it difficult for basic tasks such as wet shaving. the exterior area was muddy and messy due to the construction site nearby, making it difficult to enter or exit with clean shoes.

Novotel Ekat is much better that Novotel in St-Petersburg. Its modern and good.

Reception did soemthing wrong -- when I ordered room service they delovered to differnet room - the number of my room and telephone did not match. As results the wake up call was placed to differnet room as well. Nobody apologized. Double check.

Good situated, new hotel near the center of the city.

Some misunderstanding between hotel stuff and me started to grow when I could not get something from the room service for about 1,5 hours. Later in the morning I've discovered that the "fast breakfast", described in the book in my room, cannot be served - hotel stuff simple doesn't know about that kind of breakfast (as described, it could be served until 12:00am). Though the kind duty manager tried to explain me something - I guess that for that money you should not get that level of service.

We loved the hotel's location in the district, just a short walk from tourist attractions like the river walk, park, and the church. It was also clean and well-equipped with facilities like a gym, bar, and a great breakfast offering. The staff's good English skills were a plus.

I expect the world Novotel service but it's maximum 2 stars((( Nothing in minibar, not enought both-things. The quality of design and construction should be better.

Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel has good amenities, and the staff is friendly and willing to help throughout my romantic escape. the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from, which I enjoyed.

The bed was not comfortable, and we had a hard time sleeping. the air conditioning didn't work properly, and it was impossible to cool down the room.
